Panama City Beach is lovely! Although the
newly built highrises offer more expensive
accomodations; there are still a few historic
complexes still available such as St. Thomas Villas.

I would like to say that I am proud of all the new places in PCB. However, I did not like the article in the Southern Living magazine. Having been going to PCB for over 40 years, I have to say that the memories that my family have created by staying at the so called "Mom & Pop" hotels are so much more personable than any high rise could be. Also, many families might not have been able to go on vacations if it weren't for the Mom & Pop Hotels.

My wife and I just spent a week at the new condo Sterling Breeze which is within walking distance of Pier Park. Sterling Breeze is awesome and we will stay there again soon. Pier Park was awesome as well and we can't wait to go back.
