Next weekend’s HUGE event is the Emerald Coast Cruizin’ Classic Car Show. Frank Brown Park will be filled to the brim with sweet shiny show cars ranging from rat-rods to glossy polished hot-rod school buses. Last year’s event had cars stretching from one end to another in an endless sea of machismo. This year’s event looks to be even more promising with thousands of cars in attendance.
And just for you, we have a free ticket giveaway!! There will be 4 winners, each winner getting 5 tickets each. Contest starts today and ends on Friday, November 5th at 5 p.m.

HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST
So, in the past we’ve had some confusion as to what to do on these contests. We run a little different operation here. In order to “register” for a chance to win the tickets, there’s not actually any registering. In order to be entered into the contest, all you have to do is post a comment in the comments section below.
In order to post a comment, you need to enter your name, your email address, your web site url (if you have one – this is optional) and your comment. For the comment, tell us what your favorite car from last year was at the Emerald Coast Cruizin’ car show, and if you weren’t there, tell us your favorite classic hot rod. Make something up if you have to!
This is a quick contest, so act fast!
HERE ARE THE RULES
- Each entrant can enter once and only once (we can verify this by ip AND cookies) and must use a valid first name and email address.
- Contest begins when this post is published and ends on Friday, November 5, 2010 at 5 p.m. CST.
- We will be doing the drawing regardless of how many people enter.
- All winners will be chosen at random. There will be 4 winners total.
- By entering you are opting in to receive future newsletters and emails from pcbdaily and CYber SYtes and you are opening yourself up to the greatest resource for news and information Panama City Beach has to offer.
- If you are selected and you do not respond to our email notifying you of winning by 4:30 pm CST Tuesday November 9, 2010, then we reserve the right to either keep the prize for another give away in the future or award the prize to another entrant.
- This giveaway is open to anyone in the continental United States, however due to the time-sensitive nature of this event, we will not mail these tickets. If you win, you will be solely responsible for picking up your tickets.

I am definitly going this year with three other families (12 of us in all)! We didn’t make it last year. My favorite all time car is any Ford Mustang from the sixites!

I would love to go this year, because I could not make it last year. I love old cars ,I have a 62 ford falcon and a 87 chevy elcamino . I would love to win tickets to see how others do there cars .

My husband is a big time car fan and would be so excited to go. He has gotten our 14 year (daughter) old interested and she can pick out any Mustang, year or model (her favorite). Their dream car is a 68 Shelby GT (I think I have the year right). I would love for them to be able to experience this together. We have family members attending and hope to join them. I hear from others that this is a great car show! Hope to make it and then have it as an annual trip.

Last years’s show was fanatastic! There were just too many favorites to pick one, but my all-time favorite is the 1941 Ford Woodie Wagon…go Beach Boys!!

I had to miss last year show, due to family emergency. I will try definitively to attend this year. My favorite car of all time is the 57 Chevy Biscayne. Was a Beauty and still is.

My greatest hotrod has to be the (concept) Holden Efijy

The concept is based on the Chevrolet Corvette floor pan, a 6.0 litre V8 engine with Rootes supercharger putting out 480kW at a little shy of 6500 r.p.m. It rides on an air suspension system that sits down when stopped, and also has electronic instrumentation including a mutli-use display screen that disappears into the dash.
Since its debut showing at The Australian International Motor Show in 2005, the Holden Efijy has been named the United States concept car of the year for 2007.
Now THAT’S a car… 🙂

I came down to visit the beach and was pleasently surprised there was a car show. I thought the car show was great and said I will definatley be coming back next year. I will be there for sure! My favorite cars were the rat rods (from cars to the bus).

Planning to be at Panama City the week of the car show. Would love the opportunity to attend the car show while visiting there. My favorite cars are the ’69 camaros. Car shows are an excellent form of entertainment. Can’t wait to see all the fantastic cars there.
