TEPCO, what you’ve listed as the 8th most Google’d term, stands for Tokyo Electric Power Company, which is actually the owner of the Fukushima nuclear power plant, not the name of the city that was evacuated after the earthquake. You should Google it. And it wasn’t exactly a city that was evacuated, but more like a region or a zone, in fact is referred to as the Fukushima Evacuation Zone. You should Google that too.
