The Thomas Drive CRA project is not unlike a lot of other large construction projects (specifically road projects). Not only do they seem to last forever, they also seem to fall victim to a variety of delays. The interesting thing about this project, compared to projects in other areas is that it’s essentially disrupting the oldest area in Panama City Beach.
