Mortgage rates hit 6 month low

I have been saying now is the time to buy, now mortgages rates have hit a six month low.  30 year fixed rates are at 6.2, down from 6.24 last week.  15 year fixed down to 5.83 from 5.88 and 5 year adjustable-rate mortgages fell to 5.88 from 5.96 last week.  (more)
