Last weekend for the Panama City Beach Seafood Wine and Music Festival we had a booth set up and were giving away almost $2,000 in free stuff to those of you that came by and signed up. Unfortunately, most of the weekend, we were not able to be at the booth because we were working the event. So, in all fairness for all of you that stopped by and missed us, we decided to open up this giveaway here.
The magnitude of this giveaway is actually kind of insane as we’ve never done anything like this before. If this looks like a ton of stuff to give away, that’s because IT IS!
So, what are we giving away, you ask? Here’s the lineup:
- Golf for 4 valued at $600
- One round of golf for 4 at Burnt Pine Golf Course in Sandestin. This giveaway is brought to you by Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and The Beach Show (Beachy Beach Real Estate)
- 2 Night Stay at Legacy by the Sea and $50 Barefoot Bucks valued at $322
- 2 night stay in one of Legacy’s double suites good from August to December or January to February (Expires 2011)
- $50 “Barefoot Bucks” gift card to be used at the Barefoot Beach Club in between Legacy by the Sea and Beachbreak by the Sea.
- This offer is brought to you by By The Sea Resorts
- 2 Night Stay at Beachcomber by the Sea and $50 Barefoot Bucks valued at $322
- 2 night stay in one of Beachbreak’s double suites good from August to December or January to February (Expires 2011)
- $50 “Barefoot Bucks” gift card to be used at the Barefoot Beach Club in between Legacy by the Sea and Beachbreak by the Sea.
- This offer is brought to you by By The Sea Resorts

- Sweet Fanimation Designer fan valued at $380
- Fanimation is a leading designer fan manufacturer that produces high-end wind making contraptions.
- This fan is brought to you by Lighting Etc.
- 2 $50 Gift Cards to Pier Park
- These are brought to you by pcbdaily.com
- There will be two winners for these
- 4 $25 gift cards to Hofbrau Beer Garden
- These are brought to you by pcbdaily.com
- There will be four winners for these
So, by now you’re probably asking what in the world you have to do to have a chance to win some of this awesome stuff. Well, at the Festival, the goal was to get people to come on camera and give a “testimonial” on why they love pcbdaily, but after a few shy’d away from that, I shy’d away from trying to ask any one else. I don’t like being pushy anyway. So, all you have to do is post a comment below with a valid email address and first name and tell us what you love most about or why you like pcbdaily.
We are going to give you all until Friday October 23 at 5 pm to submit your comments and we’ll do the drawing on Saturday and air the results on Monday. 10 people are going to win something, so if only 100 people enter you stand a 1 in 10 chance to win, those are pretty sweet odds!
Rules
- Each entrant can enter once and only once (we can verify this by ip AND cookies) and must use a valid first name and email address.
- Contest begins when this post is published and ends on Friday October 23 at 5 pm CST.
- We must have at least 100 entrants to give away all the prizes, if we have less than 100 entrants, then we will only give away one of the vacation packages from By The Sea Resorts, 1 gift card to Pier Park and 2 Gift Cards from Hofbrau Beer Garden.
- All winners will be chosen at random. There will be 10 winners total.
- By entering you are opting in to receive future newsletters and emails from pcbdaily and The Beach Show and you are opening yourself up to the greatest resource for news and information Panama City Beach has to offer.
- If you are selected and you do not respond to our email notifying you of winning within three business days (being defined from 8 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) then we reserve the right to either keep the prize for another give away in the future or award the prize to another entrant.
- This giveaway is open to anyone in the continental United States however, we will not mail the designer Fanimation fan, but the rest is small enough for us to mail if you wish.
- Read full rules here.

I enjoy visiting PCB daily to see what’s new in the community and to follow the airport development. I really appreciate that the site get’s first hand information and doesn’t just regurgitate news stories.

I like to get the latest up to date news on the happenings west of Walmart. I am a resident of the city but a Thomas Drive local. Airport news is always great as well as the new and upcoming happenings at Pier Park. One of these days Ill get around to sharing some of my photography with the rest of the beach. Keep up the great work and I think we need to add a little to the entertainment section. A better calendar of events happening ALL over PCB would be a great thing.

I don’t like to get wet when I have to trudge all the way out to my mail box to pick up my local wet daily… and since we fixed the hole in our roof over my computer, your publication arrives high and dry every time…plus you tell me better stuff than they do…… I really don’t care about soy bean sales in southern Afghanistan

We closed on our first condo in 2008. We live in Atlanta, and prior to purchasing the condo were not familiar with the PCB area. I check the PCBDaily website a few times a week to keep updated on the happenings in the community and also to get real estate information. There are a lot of exciting things going on down there! I also love the Beach Show – haven’t missed an episode.

Jason – It’s awesome to see what’s going on back home, PCBDaily keeps me virtually connected to the beach scene, also cool viewing your properties. Say hello to Karen for me, great service you guys provide keeping the rest of us linked in to PCBFLA.
I moved away from PC thirty years ago to start my career and have since been waiting for the opportunity to move back home. I visit PC three to four times a year as I am still connected by family and through your online publication. When I view PCBDaily & TheBeachShow I get that feeling where I must get my toes back in the sand. For now I can at least see thru your eyes all the happenings…keep on keeping on – Jim in Braselton GA
