$1,824 in FREE STUFF, We're giving it all away!

Last weekend for the Panama City Beach Seafood Wine and Music Festival we had a booth set up and were giving away almost $2,000 in free stuff to those of you that came by and signed up.  Unfortunately, most of the weekend, we were not able to be at the booth because we were working the event.  So, in all fairness for all of you that stopped by and missed us, we decided to open up this giveaway here.

The magnitude of this giveaway is actually kind of insane as we’ve never done anything like this before.  If this looks like a ton of stuff to give away, that’s because IT IS!

So, what are we giving away, you ask?  Here’s the lineup:

  • Golf for 4 valued at $600

_MG_4043wtmk

  • 2 Night Stay at Legacy by the Sea and $50 Barefoot Bucks valued at $322
    • 2 night stay in one of Legacy’s double suites good from August to December or January to February (Expires 2011)
    • $50 “Barefoot Bucks” gift card to be used at the Barefoot Beach Club in between Legacy by the Sea and Beachbreak by the Sea.
    • This offer is brought to you by By The Sea Resorts

    • $50 “Barefoot Bucks” gift card to be used at the Barefoot Beach Club in between Legacy by the Sea and Beachbreak by the Sea.

  • Sweet Fanimation Designer fan valued at $380
    • Fanimation is a leading designer fan manufacturer that produces high-end wind making contraptions.
    • This fan is brought to you by Lighting Etc.

  • 2 $50 Gift Cards to Pier Park
    • These are brought to you by pcbdaily.com
    • There will be two winners for these

_MG_4047wtmk

  • 4 $25 gift cards to Hofbrau Beer Garden
    • These are brought to you by pcbdaily.com
    • There will be four winners for these

So, by now you’re probably asking what in the world you have to do to have a chance to win some of this awesome stuff.  Well, at the Festival, the goal was to get people to come on camera and give a “testimonial” on why they love pcbdaily, but after a few shy’d away from that, I shy’d away from trying to ask any one else.  I don’t like being pushy anyway.  So, all you have to do is post a comment below with a valid email address and first name and tell us what you love most about or why you like pcbdaily.

We are going to give you all until Friday October 23 at 5 pm to submit your comments and we’ll do the drawing on Saturday and air the results on Monday. 10 people are going to win something, so if only 100 people enter you stand a 1 in 10 chance to win, those are pretty sweet odds!

Rules

  • Each entrant can enter once and only once (we can verify this by ip AND cookies) and must use a valid first name and email address.
  • Contest begins when this post is published and ends on Friday October 23 at 5 pm CST.
  • We must have at least 100 entrants to give away all the prizes, if we have less than 100 entrants, then we will only give away one of the vacation packages from By The Sea Resorts, 1 gift card to Pier Park and 2 Gift Cards from Hofbrau Beer Garden.
  • All winners will be chosen at random.  There will be 10 winners total.
  • By entering you are opting in to receive future newsletters and emails from pcbdaily and The Beach Show and you are opening yourself up to the greatest resource for news and information Panama City Beach has to offer.
  • If you are selected and you do not respond to our email notifying you of winning within three business days (being defined from 8 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) then we reserve the right to either keep the prize for another give away in the future or award the prize to another entrant.
  • This giveaway is open to anyone in the continental United States however, we will not mail the designer Fanimation fan, but the rest is small enough for us to mail if you wish.

  1. I enjoy reading PCBDaily because I no longer live in Panama City Beach. I moved to Boston after attending Auburn University and rarely get to return to my beautiful hometown. PCBDaily allows me to stay connected with all of the news and happenings when I’m not around. My parents and I talk about many of the topics I read about on this website. The best part is I’m keeping in touch with the place I love and miss so much. Thanks PCBDaily!

  2. I enjoy PCBD for many reasons but probably one of the best is the postings following local TDC meetings. I work in the hospitality industry and do not always have the chance to attend the meetings in person. You guys are straight shooters and it’s nice to cut through all the gray areas and get it told like it is.

  3. I was born and raised in PC and moved to TX about 3 years ago. PC will always be home to me, so pcbdaily.com lets me stay up to date with the new airport, local development, and all the local events taking place. The best thing is the video and pics to actually see whats going on, not just read about it. I’m more in know of whats going on in PCB and I don’t live there anymore! Thanks Jason and Cebo, keep up the great work!

  9. I love PCBDaily beacuse it has views and opinions from real, everyday people. Not ones being paid by a newpaper to make the story “more interesting”, but ones who write about what interest them. It’s not like reading a news blog (boring), it’s more like hearing the inside scoop from my peers. I could search the News Herald for local happenings, I could watch the news at night, but I rather read about the issues that are important to me without all the depressing filler you get with the others. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!!

  15. I like PCBDaily.com because it brings me extra information I can’t find in the local media. The extensive information about the airport, for example, and even better in my mind: information about how the street improvement projects are going — along with extensive information about local events. It all makes for a very informative read that fills a gap left by everyone else.

  19. We are 1000 miles away in Michigan but PCBDaily allows us to keep track of all that is our beloved second home–PCB and the Emerald Coast. The coverage of the airport development has been first rate. Your sister publications help us stay up to date on the real estate market and identify new restaurants to check out. The fall chill has arrived early in Michigan this year so we can’t wait to return to our Tidewater condo for vacation at the end of the month. Keep up the good work!

  27. I discovered PCBdaily.com about 6 months ago. My family has been to PCB every year for at least 20 years, and more before that. One of the things I like about returning to PCB each year is that many things are familiar. However, I do like the opportunity to experience new shopping malls, new restaurants, and new attractions, as well. PCBdaily gives me the information and updates on both the familiar places and new places. I found the updates on the Pier rebuilding very interesting. Because PCBdaily stays on top of the happenings in PCB, when we went to PCB in July 2008, I was able to direct the family to some of the new places to visit in PCB, as well as being able to explain why some of our favorite places had closed. Thank you for keeping us current and up to date on our “home away from home”.

I enjoy this site more than any other news site around…no names!
