Check the VRBO listings as if you are going to stay 3+ days or more. Another place you might look at is the Osprey very close to Pier Park.
JMO your best bet would be either the extreme East or West end of the beach in order to stay away from the Spring Break crowd.

Gregg, your right…. VRBO is a great sight to use and you can find studio’s, condos, homes from small to large all the way up the coast.
Brian, there are some wonderful places up toward the West end & you may even look on 30A. 🙂
