Across from the Marble Slab Creamery and cady-corder to the Grand Movie Theatre in Pier Park in Panama City Beach is a new White Sand Volleyball Court surrounded by a spacious area of new green grass. I love how Simon continues to make Pier Park a great place to just come. Now they just need a play area for the kids.

Was I suffering from heat stroke or did I see a Tattoo ‘trailer’ on the side walk in front of Starbucks yesterday??? What is going on… carnies are allowed in pier park? I guess you can dress up the riviera but you can’t take the red out for good can you?

The sand Volleyball is great. It would be great to just sit out there and watch a volleyball tournament/game of some kind.

Yes, I am a huge pier park fan also, but I am also totally against animals being allowed. I saw 2 people walking their large dogs there this weekend letting them use the bathroom, and didn’t even have a pooper scooper.
