If not, that’s cool too. We’ll let this go on for about 14 days before we do the drawing. And, we’re gonna do the drawing LIVE just to make it fun.
Who qualifies? Everyone. We’ll not employees of CYber SYtes or PCBDaily.com but you get the idea. You can use this for whatever you want. We own a remodeling company in Panama City Beach Florida. The ecomony and the scare of the oil spill has really hurt our business even thought we have many many references and satisfied customers in the area. We are not able to purchase a website at the moment but a website would really help us out. I also have a dream to open a small retail shop that I know would be a success.
We love Panama City Beach and it would make us so so unhappy to have to leave the PBC area. No other place has made us as happy as here in Panama City Beach Florida.

We are a very small vacation rental company on the beach. It is difficult to find a $1000.00 to pay someone to build our website but we did and now they are not available to do updates. This is the second time and second so called website developer who has promised to be around and continue to support us. They have all of our info and I cannot reach them. We are struggling to stay in business with the real estate market and the oil spill combined. It’s very hard to compete with the large rental companies and their resources for websites and advertising. It would be great to have a site that I could update myself with special offers or at least have one where I can have continued contact with the designer. Thank you for your consideration. We have been in business for 10 years we could really use your help!

We presently don’t have our own web page. We rent our condos through the internet exclusively. We do use the dreaded VRBO, the slowest search I’ve ever seen, but do still get enough bookings to justify the cost.
Having a web page might give us a leg up. If we could put all of the links that would interest people, all of the pictures necessary to give people a good look at the places, videos and possible room for advertising this might work for us. Then, of course, we could look at the costs to get the page placed strategically, so that it would come under multiple searches.
VRBO will not let you link to area attractions, charges extra for each picture and is nearly impossible to keep the calendar updated. Plus they get all of the advertising income.

We are putting on a Southern Rock Gulf Coast Jam (Non Profit Benefit) at The Boardwalk Beach Resort and Convention Center, Sunday, Aug 1st. Showtime is 12pm-10pm.
Line up – Jimmy Hall from Wet Willie, Thunder Beach favorite Big Mike and the Booty Papas, Tommy Talton, Kelly and The Healers and others.
Funds after certain fees for the show will all go to Fl Audubon, Gulf Coast Oil Spill Fund and National Wildlife Fund set up for the oil spill.
Full Throttle Magazine will be there!

On the Tuesday the 15th my wife could smell oil (nasty) while sailing our Hobie. On the 16th Wed. a very strong smell wile kiteboarding and swimming. The 17th nothing but a little bloom and Saragossa. I’m sure it is wind direction related. Side shore winds (NW) brought the smell, South or south-west brought nothing. I live near Wal-mart.

I have been a real estate broker here in PCB for over 25 years and have just recently found myself back pounding the pavement again! What a time to be selling again! I love selling real estate and like to think I am really good at it. However, my disadvantage is I am behind the curve when it comes to social networking! I do not currently have my own website, Facebook yes, but as a seasoned realtor getting back into the swing of things means a website is crucial. I have been a long-time client of Cybersytes and couldn’t think of a better organization to continue with!

We love our condo at Nautical Watch and enjoy visiting PCB as often as possible. It is a great place to relax as well as enjoy the many activities that are available in PCB. PCB has some of the best restaurants of any city this size. Our favorites include Triple J, Margaritaville, and Uncle Earnies. The beach is awesome and such a beautiful place to walk and enjoy the clear blue water.

In my opinion, it’s unimagineable to not have a website in the real estate business considering this day and time. It has proven to be fruitful for me over and over!
