Break out your formal wear and red-carpet shoes because this Friday is the American Heart Association’s annual heart ball. This year they decided to shake things up A LOT and move the ball to a private hangar in the General Aviation facility in the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport.
Check after the break for the deets.
This year expect decadence, luxury and decoration that includes private jets from the corporate sponsor Cessna. Of course I’d be remiss if I were to not mention the live performance from Go Big or Go Home.
Proceeds of this annual event are used to support the AHA’s mission to reduce coronary heart disease & stroke along with funding initiatives to advance ground-breaking medical research, fight childhood obesity and build a healthy behavior revolution for people of all ages to achieve stronger, longer lives.
If you want to come, though, be ready to bring your pocket book – tickets are $300 per person. Sponsorships start at $1,500 for the Patron Sponsor, then go up to $5,000 for the top level corporate sponsor.
I’ve heard the set up of this event is to be quite elaborate, expect to see pictures soon.
Here’s the full press release.
