This Weekend In PCB….

This weekend will be an action-packed one here in Panama City Beach, with larger events, such as UNwineD and the Ironman competition, overshadowing some of the other events.  Take a look at the other events taking place this weekend!

Madonnaro

November 4th-November 6th, Pier Park

The Visual Arts Center of Northwest Florida brings you Madonnaro!  This will be the sixth year these event has been held, and is always a crowd-pleaser.  Artists are encouraged to paint (with chalk paint) an 8×10-ft spot on the sidewalk, supplies will be provided.  Artists will begin work each day at 9am.  Friday night at 6pm, saxophonist Chris Godber will be performing while a featured artist creates performance art and “paints with fire.”  This event is one-of-a-kind!

Deck the Palms

November 4th-November 6th, Palms Conference Center

Transforming the Palms Conference Center into a winter wonderland, Deck The Palms promises to offer great deals to price-conscious shoppers.  This event is a must for those looking to get ahead on holiday shopping!  Friday’s hours are 11am-8pm, Saturday the event will be open 9am-6pm, and Sunday the winter wonderland will be open 10am-3pm.  Various booths will be set up to help you find the perfect gifts for everyone on your shopping list.

Friday Fest

November 4th, Downtown Panama City

For the last Friday of the season, Downtown Panama City will be lit up for Friday Fest!  Music, food, and fun are bound to be had at the monthly street festival.  In the spring, the first Friday of the month festival will start again.

Woodlawn Church Fall Festival

November 5th, Pier Park Amphitheater

Join the Woodlawn Church from 10am-2pm for inflatables, carnival games, stilt walkers, crafts, and live music!  There will also be a dunking booth, a train ride, and more!  If you get hungry, there will be hot dogs, chips, BBQ, soft drinks, ice cream, cotton candy, popcorn, and kettle corn.  This event is free, and almost everything there will be free as well.  Woodlawn is holding this event to reach out to the community, so don’t forget to bring a friend or two!
