The fall is officially here. Last weekend was amazing, and this weekend promises to be much the same. It’ll be a great chance to get out, enjoy the still warm weather, go to the beach and remind yourself why you love Panama City Beach. The Autumnal Equinox has brought us a tiny decrease in humidity, so if you thought last weekend was beyond compare – this weekend may just be the one. . .
What to expect, wear and do this weekend.
High pressure hangs on somewhere above Georgia, and you will not likely have to worry about getting rained on during Saturday morning’s Bridge Run, or St. Andrews State Recreation Area Beach Clean up. If the breeze gathers up any moisture blowing over the panhandle, there might be an afternoon thundershower, but not likely.
If you’re out for a beach photo at sunset, or watching the fireworks at Grand Lagoon, you might want a little sweater, or your new fall jacket. Otherwise, it’s swimsuits, running shorts, and a cute little dress for the ladies, and guys, roll up a pair of khakies and stick them in your bag next to your shorts and you’ll be ready for anything.
