  1. TICKETS ARE NEVER GIVEN TO DOGS ON THE BEACH . PANAMA CITY BEACH DOES NOT UPHOLD THE LAW UNLESS YOU ARE DRIVING 50 IN A 45 ZONE AND THEN THEY GIVE TICKETS. SAD!

  2. THE RIGHTS OF PEOPLE ARE NO LONGER ACKNOWLEDGED. WE HAVE TO STEP IN DOG POOP, SWIM WITH NASTY DOGS, LISTEN TO THEIR BARKING AT OUR CHILDREN AND WHEN THEY ARE REPORTED TO LOCAL OFFICIALS THEY DO NOTHING. WELCOME TO PANAMA CITY WHERE BUBBA IS ALIVE AND WELL!!
