Friday, February 4: The Bay County Chamber of Commerce will hold it’s monthly morning meeting “First Friday” at the Florida State University Panama City Campus Holley Academic Center at 7:30am.
The Beach Show is part of our Real Estate category where we talk a bit about real estate in the Panama City Beach area. This post originally appeared on The Beach Show which airs a new episode of super hot real estate deals each Wednesday morning.
You know, it never ceases to amaze me the kinds of real estate deals you can find out there. This is definitely a buyer’s market. A buddy of mine just closed on a fantastic little beach cottage in Laguna Beach for less than $60k – bank owned, one block from the beach. The place is already rented, he had to do nothing to it! Concerned residents, condo owners and vacationers are worried that the existing CRA construction would halt, leaving gaping holes in road-work progress and landmark eyesores all over east Panama City Beach. This article should offer some clarification along with a warm cup of good news.
For those of you wanting to “eat fresh” in Pier Park, now you can. Subway opened today, in place of a highly troubled Sheesha Cafe in what would have been a loud outbreak of applause, had it all happened in front of a live studio audience.
