What Specials Do You Want [SURVEY] – Win $50

We at CYber SYtes love to run monthly specials to incentivize new website business, show you how much we love you and to have a little fun.  For the next couple months, we wanted to do something a little different and get your feedback on what you’d like to see.

So.  We’re doing a survey.  We want to know what specials you’d like to see us have, what would move you off the fence or help persuade you to consider us as your website partner.

And, to spice things up a bit, we’re giving away a $50 Simon American Express Gift Card (from our friends at Pier Park).

Here’s how it works.

Take the survey – click here.

Then the first week in January we’ll do the drawing from all those that took the survey.

5 Christmas Recipes You Can't Live Without

Holidays are never complete without tasty treats and divine drinks.  I know for a fact, most of my Holiday memories have always revolved around what’s cooking in the kitchen. Meals are usually followed up by grandpa conked out on the couch, grandma in a tizzy over the amount of dishes we managed to dirty up and kids running amuck from sugar overload.

Since everyone should have this experience, at least once, during the holidays- we’ve compiled some of our time-tested recipes for you.

Last Minute Shopping Ideas

Amazingly, I’m not the type of person who waits till the last minute to get things done. Unless, of course, you count the cleaning frenzy I pull off, seconds before the husband is off work, which I (obviously) don’t count as procrastination. You say Tomato, I say TO-MAH-TOE.

Shopping, specifically, Holiday shopping, is a little harder to pull off and for whatever reason, there’s never enough time to get it all done. Or at least, completed with that feeling of having found everyone the “right” gift.

In an effort to break through the gift-idea doldrums, here’s some last minute shopping ideas.

Sheltair FBO Breaks Ground at New Airport

Sheltair Aviation broke ground on their new facility on Friday at their new location at the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport.  The airport opened last May with General Aviation operating out of the new facility since mid summer.

Of the two FBO’s that were operating out of the old Panama City Airport, Sheltair is the only one that was able to successfully negotiate new terms for operation at the new facility.   The airport just cut ties with H4C, taking back possession of their land in a $6 million eminent domain deal.

The new Sheltair facility at the new Panama City airport will consist of a 5,000 square foot terminal and a 9,000 square foot hangar.  Officials estimate that the new FBO facility will have a $5 million impact on the area.

Gulf Views in Carillon for only $475k

This week we’re featuring a fantastic home in Carillon that enjoys amazing views of both Lake Carillon AND the Gulf of Mexico.  Deal 2 is a foreclosure in Tidewater Beach Resort – a 2 bed with a bunk room AND 3 full bathrooms.  This is only $184,900.  Amazing.  Deal three is over in Turtle Cove where we have lakefront lots that have been released starting at $379,990.

BP Pays Panama City Beach $1.2 Million

After months of waiting to hear news of the pending claim filed over losses in tax revenue during the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill, BP offered a claim settlement to Panama City Beach City Council Members, with a respectable $1.2 million payout.

The question to ask now is how the City is planning on utilizing the money. At the moment, mention has been made that the current goal is to put the money towards completing projects the City didn’t have funds for previously.
